Changing the environment

Hi everyone, I thought I'd share with you this photo manipulation project we created. The task was to turn the photo of the bright, clean office block lobby into a warm, inviting hotel lobby.

To achieve this we used a series of brightness/contrast and colour adjustment layers to create warmth whilst adding furniture, wall coverings and pictures.

The secret to a successful manipulation is attention to detail. With this piece, it was all about using the appropriate shadows and reflections.
